Synthetic Paste (270)

Definition: It is a synthetic paste based on long fat alkyd binder. It is a paste that does not tire the driller, is quite easy to apply, comes to a particularly good sanding, has high filling properties, perfectly adapts to the topcoat synthetic paint applied on it and increases its durability. It is easily applied on all kinds of wood and wall surfaces inside and outside in construction and sea vehicles. Resistant to water, sea and heavy weather.

Area of Application: It is easily applied on all surfaces such as wood, iron and wall.

Application Tools: Spatula, Trowel

Method of Application: Deep cracks and pits are filled by applying thin layers. After necessary cleaning on wooden surfaces, feeding should be performed with Fioretex Wood Protection. Synthetic Paste is applied to ensure surface smoothness following primer application. It is recommended that the paste should be made in thin layers to ensure surface smoothness on deep pit surfaces. The paste is ready for use with a spatula. The surface prepared in this way is made ready for primer and topcoat.

Drying Time:

Touch Drying:  4-6 Hours

Coatable Area: 7-10m2 / kg

Area to be Primed:

9-10 m2 / kg (45 –microns dry film thickness)

10-11 m2 / kg (45 –microns dry film thickness)

Storage Type and Duration: 1 year in a cool and dry environment not receiving direct sunlight, sealed packaging (+5°C to +30°C)
