Fiore Synthetic Primer Paint (352)

Definition: It is a high-quality primer based on synthetic resin, has high covering power, adheres well to surfaces and reduces the consumption of topcoat paint applied on it.

Area of Application: It is used for lining surfaces such as metal, wood, chipboard, concrete and plasterboard used indoors and outdoors. It shows good resistance to atmospheric and mechanical effects. Resistant to scratching.

Application Tools: Pistole or Brush, Roller

Application Thinner: Synthetic Thinner (White Spirit)

Method of Application: Before application; the surface should be cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt and rust (sanded, scraped, burned or washed with solvent). Fiore Synthetic Primer, which is brought to the appropriate viscosity, is applied to the cleaned metal surface, the new plastered wall surface in a single coat after preparing the appropriate floor for the wooden surfaces. It is recommended that a single coat of primer should be applied on metal surfaces before the topcoat application. It should be ensured that the surface to be applied, the ambient temperature and the primer are above 5°C and that the surface to be applied is dry.

Drying Time:

Touch Drying: 2-2.5 hours     Dust drying: 10-11 Hours.

Hard Drying: 72 hours

Area to be Primed:

9-10 m2 / kg (45 –microns dry film thickness)

10-11 m2 / kg (45 –microns dry film thickness)

Storage Type and Duration: 1 year in a cool and dry environment not receiving direct sunlight, sealed packaging (+5°C to +30°C)

Safety Warnings:

Notes: Temperature of the application surfaces should be above +5°C.
