Gemsa Rapid Hammerton (376)

Definition: It is a decorative topcoat paint that gives the appearance of hammered metal on the surface where it is applied, which dries quickly, is bright, elastic, durable, well adhered to bare metal surfaces.

Area of Application: It is widely used in the mining goods industry, all kinds of metal office goods, accessories, agricultural machinery and hand tools, electrical panels and accessories, elevator cabins, automotive subsidiary industry and car spare parts. It easily covers the defects that may occur during metalworking and gives a decorative look.

Application Tools: Pistole

Application Thinner: Gemsa rapid thinner, toluene, xylol, etc. solvents (that cannot get thinned with white sprite and gas)

Method of Application: The application surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust; there should be no excessive wind and air flow in the application environment. Before application, the paint should be thoroughly mixed, and a single coat of rapid primer should be applied to ensure that the topcoat of paint lasts longer and looks better. If the application is to be made directly to the metal surface, all kinds of oil, dirt and rust on the surface (sanded, scraped, burned or washed with solvent) should be cleaned. Gemsa Rapid Hammerton paint is thinned at the rate of 5-10% as a single coat on the cleaned surface and applied with pistole. Pattern formation depends on the thinning rate, compressor pressure and the way the pistol is used. To provide an ideal appearance, it is recommended that the paint is applied at2-3 atmospheric pressures and at a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface.
