Fiore Rapid H. Gloss (375)

Definition: It is a rapid alkyd based, serially dried, high-gloss and sealant topcoat paint. It is a material that has high chemical resistance and has protective properties against weather conditions, water, humidity and corrosive ambient gases and has high elastic and abrasion resistance.

Area of Application: Fiore Rapid Top Floor Paint is a bright topcoat paint for general purpose and is used in all kinds of steel components such as construction machinery, agricultural tools, boilers, radiators, pipes and water tanks, electrical panels and accessories in all areas requiring rapid drying.

Application Tools: Pistole, Roller, Brush & Dip

Application Thinner: Gemsa rapid thinner, toluene, xylol, etc. solvents (that cannot get thinned with white sprite and gas)

Method of Application: If the application is to be made directly to the metal surface, all kinds of oil, dirt and rust on the surface (sanded, scraped, burned or washed with solvent) should be cleaned. Gemsa Rapid Primer is applied to the cleaned surface first. After sanding the primer, Fiore Rapid Topcoat, which is thoroughly mixed and thinned by20-25% with the appropriate thinner, is applied in two coats.

Notes: It should never be applied to freshly applied or under-resistant lined surfaces, synthetic painted and lined surfaces and dirty surfaces.

Drying Time:

Surface Drying:  10 minutes     Assembly Drying : 1-2 Hours

Full Drying:  12 hour – Hard Drying: 72 hours

Paintable Area:

13-15 m2 / kg (30 –microns dry film thickness)

15-17 m2 / lt (30-micron dry film thickness)

Storage Type and Duration: 1 year in a cool and dry environment not receiving direct sunlight, sealed packaging (+5°C to +30°C)

Notes: Temperature of the application surfaces should be above +5°C.
