Bronze Gilding (276)
Definition: It is a hydrocarbon resin-based, serially dried, high temperature resistant, bright-looking, anti-corrosive paint.
Area of Application: Bronze Gilding is used to give a protective and decorative bronze gilding appearance on surfaces such as paint, metal and wood. It is good to adhere to primed surfaces. Resistant to temperatures up to 120°C.
Application Tools: Pistole, Brush
Application Thinner: It is applied without thinning.
Method of Application: The paint should be thoroughly stirred before starting the application. The surface to be applied should be cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt and rust (sanded, scraped, burned or washed with solvent). It is applied to the cleaned and surface prepared in two coats. Metal painting is applied 24 hours after the primer application in the applications to be made on the primer. It is recommended to apply it without thinning. Care should be taken to mix frequently during application. (For preventing collapse)
Drying Time:
Anti-dust drying: 5-7 minutes Touch drying: 25 minutes.
Final drying: 24 hours Second coat application: After 4 hours

10-14 m2 / kg (30-microns dry film thickness)
9-13 m2 / lt (30-micron dry film thickness)
Storage Type and Duration: 1 year in a cool and dry environment not receiving direct sunlight, sealed packaging (+5°C to +30°C)
