Vision Rapid Topcoat(175)

Definition: It is a Rapid alkyd based, air-dried, economical matte industrial topcoat paint. It adheres very well to all kinds of metal surfaces and has high coverage. It is highly resistant to impact and friction.

Area of Application: Vision Rapid Topcoat Paint is a general-purpose topcoat paint and is used in all kinds of steel components such as construction equipment, agricultural tools, boiler, radiator, pipe and water tank, electrical panels and accessories in various industrial facilities in every area requiring rapid drying.

Application Tools: Pistole, Roller & Brush

Application Thinner: Gemsa rapid thinner, toluene, xylol, etc. solvents (that cannot get thinned with white sprite and gas)

Method of Application: If the application is to be made directly to the metal surface, all kinds of oil, dirt and rust on the surface (sanded, scraped, burned or washed with solvent) should be cleaned. After sanding the surface, Vision Rapid Topcoat, which is thoroughly mixed and thinned by 20-25% with the appropriate thinner, is applied in two layers.

Notes: It should never be applied to freshly applied or under-resistant lined surfaces, synthetic painted and lined surfaces.

Drying Time:

Surface Drying:  10 minutes     Assembly Drying : 1-2 Hours

Full Drying:  12 hour – Hard Drying: 72 hours

Paintable Area:

9-10 m2 / kg (30-microns dry film thickness)

Storage Type and Duration: 1 year in a cool and dry environment not receiving direct sunlight, sealed packaging (+5°C to +30°C)

Notes: Temperature of the application surfaces should be above +5°C.
